"The staff was so friendly and helpful at my arrival and departure. This hostel is in such a great location - near all the art museums, train stations for short and long distances, and at a walkable distance from so many must see places. Felt comfortable and safe with how secure the building was. The room was the prefect temperature given how extremely hot it was outside. Couldn’t have stayed at a better place!"

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Thebsyaff were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities, the pool isn't very big and can get quite busy. The 360 rooftop bar has fantastic views of Madrid. However in the evening it can get very busy and there can be a long wait for seating. As it was busy we felt that once our food and drinks had finished there was an expectation for us to leave. If we visit Madrid at some point in the future then we would definitely stay at this hotel again"
