The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub, bidet, and sink.

The living room features a flat-screen TV, sofa, and dining table, as well as a practical breakfast bar—perfect for a temporary stay in Madrid.

The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery, glasses and mugs, etc. This apartment is ideal for making Madrid your home for a while.

THE AREA

The Argüelles neighborhood is undoubtedly one of the best areas in Madrid. You’ll feel like a true local. The neighborhood is centrally located and very well connected to the rest of Madrid.





HOW TO GET THERE

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas): Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios and, once there, transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero.

Get off at Argüelles station and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha: Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at Pacífico station and transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero.

Get off at Argüelles station and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín: Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at Cuatro Caminos station and transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero.

Get off at Argüelles station and walk to the provided address.

If you are coming by car, please check the Madrid City Council website to find out where you can drive and park.





GETTING AROUND

The nearest metro station is Argüelles (Lines 3, 4, and 6), just a 5-minute walk away. The Islas Filipinas station (Line 7) is also nearby, just a 7-minute walk.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
