Reservations must be based on a duly justified temporary purpose, such as work, professional, academic, educational, medical, healthcare, family-related reasons, or any other temporary need other than the tenant's habitual residence. The availability of the property is also subject to the owner's own use during certain periods. Completing the reservation requires signing the corresponding seasonal rental agreement, completing a declaration regarding the reason for the stay, and providing the legally applicable security deposit.



•⁠ ⁠The property is intended exclusively to satisfy a temporary accommodation need. Under no circumstances may it constitute the tenant's habitual or permanent residence. Therefore, registering this address as a legal residence or for municipal registration (empadronamiento) is not permitted.
