Heart of the fun

Our stay here was great. Everything you could imagine just out side the door. Close to many sites for touring and easy access to everything. Would gladly start here again.

Playa Mayor Madrid

Cute little apartment right in the middle of everything. Convenient to all the places you would readily want to visit in Madrid. Great little Cerviceria across the walk that was always filled with locals and their families, fun way to interact with people at the tapa counter while enjoying the food and repartee of the staff, kitchen and customers.

Noisy but convenient

This apartment was in a great location as far as proximity to shops, restaurants and the plaza. However, there was A LOT of noise constantly even through the night (banging from garbage trucks, street cleaners, people in neighboring apartments, people going up and down the stairs). Everything was clean in the apartment but the bathroom had a strong sewer odor.

Great location.. bad smell

The location is perfect. There is a terrible smell that comes from the toilet. If you have a weak stomach you may not be able to handle the smell. We kept the toilet lid closed and the bathroom door closed. The noise in the apartment is 24x7. During the day foot traffic, music and partying. At night restaurant deliveries, trash pickup very loud. I wore earplugs and slept fine. Also a large person would not be able to get into the shower. An improvement would be able to hang towels in the bathroom.

Sarebbe un ottimo appartamento se non fosse per il cattivo odore che esce dal bagno, avevo letto di questo problema ma visto il tempo trascorso della recensione letta ho pensato che nel tempo avessero rimediato a questo problema, purtroppo non è stato fatto, comunque l'odore è troppo forte
