The apartment was a good size, suited our needs, and was in a great location. However, the apartment is looking a bit tired and could do with a spruce up. There was also a bad drain smell in the en-suite bathroom.

Great Location and Apartment, Terrible Smell!

This apartment is centrally located making it easy to walk to multiple tourist sites. The apartment itself was also quite nice but we did notice small things each day that should have been caught by the regular cleaners or apartment manager (burnt out light bulbs, not enough equipment in the kitchen like a strainer for fruit, extra pans, and a lot of crumbs between the couch cushions. However, the most inconvenient issue was an overwhelming smell of sewage in the apartment. We communicated our concerns immediately and it took 4 messages to have maintenance staff come to pour some liquid down the drains. This did nothing to remedy the situation and we sent 2 more messages requesting some reimbursement for the inconvenience as we had to eat meals and sleep in this smell for 4 days. Administration offered $30 Euros which was an insult and when we asked for $30 Euros for each person (4 travellers) it was rejected.

This property just seemed tired. Flooring was separating, paint was in bad shape, showers didn't drain well, beds were very small and uncomfortable. The street noise outside the first bedroom was very loud all night long. The only positive was that the location was nice but otherwise, we would not stay here again

Excelente céntrico completamente a todo. Fácil acceso al departamento. Nítido todo. Me ha gustado y volveria y recomendaría. Lo único q al llegar aparcar imposible tiene q ser pagado en plaza mayor por ejemplo y es caro pero ni modo. Asi es madrid luego ya se puede buscar sitio afuera a media noche por ejemplo pero es difícil

Nos quedamos hospedados dos noches, no había agua caliente desde el primer día y la estufa no funcionó. Nos comunicamos para que resolvieran el problema del calentador del agua y no lo hicieron, nos bañamos con agua fría problema que se presentó en dos las dos duchas del lugar.

Bel appartement, bonne literie, emplacement idéal. Malheureusement, odeur persistante d'égouts dans la SB attenante à une des chambres. Il manque un peu de vaisselle (saladier, plat à four...) et un torchon. Excellent séjour dans l'ensemble.

Sencillo pero cómodo

El apartamento está muy limpio, no necesita llave lo cual hace más seguro todo. Tiene un pequeño olor a desagüe cerca de la recámara principal pero el resto está súper bien, tiene todos los implementos básicos necesarios para una estadía cómoda pero repito, sencilla. Ahora bien, el apartamento está SÚPER bien ubicado, tienes la plaza mayor a 2 mins caminando, igual el Mercado de san Miguel y el palacio real. La parada del metro de sol queda a 4 mins caminando. Excelente ubicación para turistas.
