Thank you for having us. Overall, we had a good experience and felt that the price was fair for the location. A few small additions could make the flat even more comfortable, such as a drying rack and a small supply of tea and coffee. We also found the main front metal door a little inconvenient, as it was sometimes difficult to get the lock to click properly. A couple of things that could be improved are the bathroom bin, which didn’t seem to work properly, and the water pressure in the bathroom, which could be stronger. I would also mention that the flat may not be particularly suitable for families with very young children, due to the stairs and the potential risk of falling. Overall, though, it was a good experience. Thank you again!

Beautiful room, clean and easy access / check in process. Only concern it's a bit out of the way if you are a tourist wanting to enjoy the main attraction ls of the city. Found ourselves walking more than we would have liked.

The location was relatively far from the city center. Our first night was a nightmare because of some drunk guests. My whole family woke up, and the children were frightened by their shouting. I was able to contact the managers of the complex at around 2 a.m. I, and probably guests in other apartments as well, asked them to call the police. The manager then called the police. The next day, the guests who had caused the disturbance moved out. There were two beds, but it was not actually a two-room apartment; the sleeping areas were only separated by a wooden partition. Apart from this incident, everything else was good.

Logement très bien situé, dans un emplacement pratique. En revanche, quelques points négatifs : l'insonorisation est insuffisante, on entendait tout, notamment la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble qui faisait beaucoup de bruit au passage des autres résidents. La cuvette des toilettes n'était pas très bien fixée, et la pression de la douche était assez faible. Enfin, étant au rez-de-chaussée, la fenêtre donne directement sur la rue sans film opacifiant, ce qui nous a obligés à garder le volet fermé en permanence. Mis à part ces quelques détails, dans l'ensemble le logement était bien et nous avons passé un bon séjour

Excelente ubicación muy cerca del centro y de lugares emblemáticos de Madrid y acceso a Metro muy cerca, mi familia la paso excelente y ruidos minimos se duerme agusto, tiendas o supermercados muy cerca.
