The accommodation has all the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay.

The location is fantastic. It’s in Madrid, next to the Manzanares River, in a beautiful, landscaped area where you can enjoy Madrid.

The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay.

The accommodations are suitable for 4 people, with a master bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a full bathroom for your use, complete with all the necessary amenities.

Guests have access to the entire property.

Included amenities are bed linens, towels, hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels, coffee, a sanitized cleaning kit, and all necessary kitchenware and utensils.

The accommodations are located on the first floor and has direct access from the street. It is a very quiet neighborhood, but you might hear some noise during your stay since it is at street level and fully accessible.

The spaces are designed to feel spacious, and the rooms do not have doors; they open into the dining room.

However, the bathroom does have a door to ensure privacy.

The apartment is in a unique location; you can walk to the areas along the river, where you can enjoy beautiful gardens and parks such as Arganzuela Park and Madrid Rio Beach.

If you want to visit places that aren’t nearby, we recommend taking the subway; the nearest station is Legazpi.

The apartment is very well connected. If you want to go to the city center or iconic landmarks, you can take the subway or the bus.

The apartment is located on the first floor, at street level. It is accessed from the street, and when you open the door, you’re already inside the apartment.

Additional guests after check-in: 60€/day.

The apartment must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. An additional pet after check-in costs 150€/stay.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-paid security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always have access to the property in the event of any unforeseen issues that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
