Great choice

We loved this clean hotel, great location, lots of choices for breakfast, friendly staff. Walking distance to many places, parking was a bit scary with a one way up and down in a bigger car, but my husband managed. I think we are just used to wide American streets and parking spots.

The staff was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Walkable. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was nice and staff were great! Thanks for a lovely stay.

The hotel is well located in the center of Madrid and near el Corte Ingles, the largest department and grocery store in Spain. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially concerning the printing of documents and boarding passes.
