Wonderful Madrid Trip
My family ,( wife, and 3 daughters aged 13-9) stayed for 2 nights. The apartment was in a great location ( easy walk to Retiro Park, quick car ride to Bernabeu , Plaza Mayor) was incredibly clean, comfortable and inviting. One quick note is the 2nd bedroom is a twin bed with a twin pull out, but the living area pull out couch made for a very comfortable bed for our youngest daughter. Mateo was very responsive to all questions. I would highly recommend his apartment for your stay in Madrid!

Nice neighborhood place
This is a great neighborhood spot. Close to transit and many of Madrid's attractions. The check in process was a bit confusing, but we arrived in the middle of the night, so that contributed. Communication with host was great! We loved it!

Super cute apartment near a couple of Metro stops. I was able to walk to a nearby supermarket as well as multiple restaurants. The building is secure and the apartment was immaculate.

Very nice little apartment. Not very bright the windows are on the inside of the building, but great location. Busy but not too busy. It is a really nice neighborhood and you find everything you need very close.

A pesar de que todo fue bien, el propietario nos ha cobrado 350€ adicionales (mas de la mitad del precio abonado por todo el fin de semana) por unos desperfectos que dice que son nuestros, que no es cierto y que en ningun caso costaría repararlos ese importe, luego, nos ha estafado cobrando dicho importe de mi cuenta sin autorización y con expresa oposición por mi parte. Y esta plataforma ha sido informada de ello y no me han dado ninguna solución por lo que me vere obligada a denunciarlo ante al juzgado de guardia.

Hemos estado genial. Situación inmejorable, apartamenti tranquilo al ser interior pero todos los servicios, restaurantes y parking en la misma manzana. Repetiremos. El que acepten mascotas es un plus que no encuentras fácil en el centro Madrid. El propietario 10. Te da toda la información y es muy fácil tanto el check in/out.

La vivienda es pequeña, pero muy bien aprovechada. Las camas de buen tamaño y buenos colchones y la potencia de la ducha muy buena. La cocina bien equipada, especialmente para desayunos. Solamente hemos echado en falta algín asiento plegable para sentarnos.
