- This spectacular penthouse offers a private terrace and exclusive, welcoming comfort just steps from the iconic Plaza de España, right where the legendary Gran Vía begins. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with a master bedroom featuring a high-quality double bed and a bright living room with a double sofa bed. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes with modern appliances and premium utensils, perfect for preparing meals in style, while the modern bathroom with walk-in shower, high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, flat-screen TV, and elevator access ensure a smooth and comfortable stay throughout.
The true highlight of this apartment is its private terrace, a tranquil oasis with panoramic city views, ideal for al fresco breakfasts or unwinding after a day exploring the city.
