Honestly it was a great surprise to find this hotel, it is a very small boutique hotel with only 32 rooms but really spacious rooms, very clean and extremely good staff, they really made me and my family feel at home.

Staff was super especially Niera? Clara, othmane, but property needs updating for five star rating in my view. Doors, cabinetry, technology (tv), bathroom fans. Water pressure was also first class. Sheets, towels also first class. Outdoor terrace needs upgrading but food was very good. Regards.

What a gem of a hotel. Feels like staying in a museum but with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury hotel. Upgraded to a large and comfortable room. Great staff and breakfast. Walked everywhere it’s so central.

So lovely, old charm hotel. Service was excellent, room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The whole team made us feel welcome . Location was great in a quiet and safe street very close to Cibeles Fountain. All together, great experience for me and I’ll be back again!

The street is super quiet and with beautiful architecture yet still close to many great restaurants. I loved the decor of the rooms, the comfort, the treats and the impeccably kind staff wishing to cater to our needs even if we were only able to stay for one night.
