Hotel Chamartin The One
The big plus of this hotel is it's proximity to Charmatin. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but the building and hardware was showing it's age. Regardless, it was still a great hotel to stay at in between a flight and a train.

Live It Gran Via
They had a planned water shut off due to maintenance issues. They did not contact us in advance or give us a chance to get a refund. The water was shut off for over 8 hours making the bathrooms completely unusable. Even after the water came on the shared bathrooms were absolutely disgusting because ...

Only YOU Hotel Atocha
Everything was perfect but my only complaint would be that the only option for a coffee and pasty before 9am is the full buffet in the 7th floor. Not everyone wants a full breakfast. It would be nice if the little coffee and pastry stand in the main floor opened sooner!
