「Clean room, simple breakfast, great stay. Thank you!」

「This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. Apartment has a shop on the corner of block which sells...

「The hotel is located within a huge upper middle class residential neighborhood on 3 sides and an industrial park on 1 side, but there was never any danger, and we were able to walk to the metro stations and restaurants with ease ...Our room was a corner unit and we had a great views to the neighborhood. This hotel was the largest square footage of any hotel we had stayed at and were able to have a small party with 6 family members with no problems accommodated on the sofa and dining room...

「The place was okay, clean but outdated. The bathroom was good and updated. The biggest downside for me is the location. It’s in a somewhat poor neighborhood where you see lots of dogs poops all over the sidewalks as well trash in the street. 」

「We loved this stay- we ended up changing to this location when our other hotel did not work out. The process was easy and even had convenient luggage storage before we could check in. The amenities were great as was the location. We would stay here again if ever in the area.」

「This was an interesting stay. These are basically hotel rooms with a kitchenette, but it’s not exactly an aparthotel. The check-in process was easy and communication with the hosts was great. The building itself is in a bit of a run-down area of Madrid; I wouldn’t say it was dangerous, though. Parking in this area is a nightmare - if you bring a car, get ready to search for parking for a long while. The unit itself was fine - clean and in generally good condition. The unit we were given was...

「We are a group of 6 and had 3 nights stay with casa de las artes, overall the stay was amazing, we loved the breakfast buffet and the food varieties is good. We took many nice photos at the marche stairs」
