"It was nice and clean. Front desk spoke English which helped being from US. The housekeeping intervals were unclear so we never were cleaned in 6 days but we didn't specifically ask so no harm no foul. They did give us towels and TP at front when asked. Halls were quiet and the ac was great. The location for a first visit to Madrid was awesome. A mall and train across the street, fast Uber service and Temple and Palace a reasonable walk. All in all I recommend this for a no frills but clean and safe home base."

"Loved our stay here! We used the hotel as a base for Mad Cool festival and it was perfect. The food and drinks were exceptional, our room was wonderful, the fitness classes and spa facilities were great. We are Pilates trainers, and good hotel classes are hard to come by, but we really enjoyed these ones. The only thing that could be improved is the sound proofing in rooms. One night the bass from the hotel bar was very loud and we were woken up at 2am, but the front desk sorted it asap. A big shoutout to Pool Bar waiter Alberdo, super hard working and charming. We will be back! A true 5 star experience"

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. The staff were super friendly. The room had decent space and super quiet with a little bar/w additional sink. The high quality complimentary bottle water was supplied unlimited. It’s so thoughtful to equip all tooth and bath kits and bath robes in bathroom. The smart toilet with warm seat and automatic cleaning mode was super cool. Breakfast had tons of varieties to pick. The food and drinks were very fresh and tasty. The infinity swimming pool was gorgeous. Not mentioned how convenient the shuttle service to airport was. There were so many other things we liked too. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time."

"Beautiful hotel, massive, great views and bar. Pool was very small for such a large hotel. Rooms were fine, though on the small side. Did not like the transparent bathroom door- if your partner gets up to go in the middle of the night, it lights up room. Location is very good. Breakfast very nice though same every day."
