I booked this at the last minute when I missed a flight connection. I couldn’t have done better if I had researched for hours. Perfect location a few blocks from the Prado in one direction and Cortes in the other. Delightful hotel, wonderful staff. I hope to come back someday

Great location, good service, and a clean environment. The lobby and public spaces are spacious and beautifully designed. One small issue is that the amenities were not refilled after housekeeping, which could be inconvenient for guests staying more than a few days.

Only two things: area wise not recommended to drive or rent cars, parking is tight and limited. The second thing is there’s no SPA but outside of that it was perfect. Very stylish, friendly staff, and definitely would love to go back!
