"A well situated property for travelers to Madrid, close to the Palace and easy walks to downtown shopping and restaurants. Breakfast buffet never disappoints with a great selection of food from fresh fruit and pastries to eggs and bacon.
The elevator system, which requires you to scan your room card and be assigned to an elevator, can be problematic in peak times as it often assigns too many people to an elevator and you are waiting to sign up again to get to your room.
Rooms are fairly spacious, the TV turns om everytime you put your keycard in, which is a bit annoying. Our room, unfortunately, had a bright motion sensored light in tje bathroom which woke up other room occupants whenever the washroom was utilized at night.
Generally a great stay for groups."
