「Excelente place, very clean and organized inside, it could improve the external area and the identification (street name and number) thr maps was very clear and easy to find but I wad not expecting the gate to have that wood look and the small number in the electrical box. Other than that I would recomend this place to everyone. One more time, the cleanliness was perfect」

「We got started off a little rough. Maybe it was partly my fault for waiting until one (1) hour before we were allowed to check-in, but I realized we had not received the door code. I combed all the previous emails to see if I missed it somewhere, but it was no where to be found. A message to the property owner/manager went unanswered for 30-40 minutes, so we decided to drive to the house and wait on the porch. After a couple phone calls, we were finally able to get in contact with the...

「The check-in was super easy and the listing was pretty much as described. There's a Hy-Vee grocery store within a half mile, which was super convenient. There is some local road construction which slowed things down a bit, but that project looks to be wrapping up soon. The property is nestled in a nice residential area. The property on the outside could have used some TLC. Yes, the lawn was freshly mowed, but the weeds were in full summer mode and the two trash bins by the garage were already...

Host was very responsive when I was unable to get back into the property after leaving for a concert in Des Moines and I was given a code that worked in a very short amount of time. Host was thoughtful leaving snacks for guests and coffee. It made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
