"What a fantastic cottage it was amazing the condition the fittings and what a welcome pack. I highly recommend this cottage private garden with a gas barbeque which I used on three occasions treated the barbeque with respect by using foil on the griddles. The lounge was so relaxing with a high quality TV and smart box. Bedrooms and bathroom and a shower room downstairs. Stayed for 2 weeks and the owner even asked if I wanted a mid stay clean!! and fresh towels wow. Highly recommend you will not...

"The owner has personally built a superb shepherds hut escape . Hut was of the highest standard and thoroughly thought out . Shower was a delight , bed very comfortable. Kitchen well designed in a limited space . This hut has two comfortable chairs to relax in . Wood burning stove was not lite as property was so well insulated . Outside was so well designed, in the summer would be perfect . Close to A30 so some noise which for me was noticed as I live in the countryside without background...

"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"The setting was perfect, the description of a woodland retreat was spot on. We loved sitting gazing out at the squirrels playing in the trees and were lucky enough to have them come up to the door and peer in. After leaving out almonds for them we had daily visits.Seagulls Rest was beautifully styled, it felt welcoming and cosy. Thank.you to Tina who was so helpful with our enquiries. "Really enjoyed our stay , not a complaint but I guess there could have been a conversation around the assigning of the rooms where the larger suite was given to a party of 1 and smaller to two . More about just how things are communicated . The place was amazing , loved its location and the facilities within the suites were ideal to be able to accommodate if deciding to cook our own meals ."
