The owner makes it affordable and the fees are mainly to keep it operating to make it possible for people travelling on a budget to experience this beautiful country and the property is magnificent in tranquility. À savoir, pas de restaurants à proximité mais on peut préparer un repas ou le réchauffer dans la cuisine d’été (grand frigo, four, plaques de cuisson, tables, chaises, vaisselle, verres à vin, ventilateur, jolis voilages …) Jonathan est disponible pour répondre à toutes nos demandes avec gentillesse et efficacité ! ”

“The property is situated in a peninsula in Kalutara on a road with almost no traffic, a pleasant surprise in such a busy (and wonderful) city. The beach is lovely, but not swimmable because of strong currents. The room was large and bright. The washroom was clean, and the shower was awesome. It was roomy and had a shower head on the ceiling from which a cascade of water came down. It was great!
