"Generally the hotel is of a budget option. But very acceptable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lady running the place , recommended 2 restaurants locally. . Both were extremely highly specific. 1 with a Michelin plaque. Many decent wine options. The other focusing on northan Thai food. Visit both if you get the chance. Very well done 👍"

The location is idyllic, kept pristine by the hard working staff. The location - if seeing and listening to the sounds of running streams, breathing fresh air is your thing, then Proud Phu Fah Mae Rim is for you. The rooms are gorgeous and the view is of mountains, as far as the eye can see. The food - I used to visit Northern Thailand regularly years ago and one thing I love (apart frim the Thai peopl) is the fresh and tasty food. This trip 20 years later is no different.
