“I booked a family room when I arrive the staff told me they offer my family room to someone ous and provided me with single room with single bed and it’s not worth what we paying for. we wasted our gas money and time coming back into a long trip and it’s frustrating we have to try to find a booking from someone our. It’s Saturday so all the hotel are book and we cousnr find any room since evry hotel are book. It’s the worst service I ever experienced on top of that the front deer wasn’t able to……

“I gave it "OK" rankings because your survey does not allow for "don't know". The hotel is not open. It is closed. There is no one there. I had to find another hotel at the the drop of a hat. Not sure how I was able to book a hotel that is not open. I think this is on Expedia and not the hotel. ”
