The staff were great. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was very good and recommended. The hotel’s facilities were ok, but very outdated. It must have been an incredible hotel long ago.

The hotel doesn't provide any laundry service or even self-served washing machine although it says it has in Expedia. This is unfair and ruined my plan. The staff cannot speak English at all nevertheless they tried hard. The room looks a bit old but everything is clean. The environment is quiet and there is a river view. The lobby is grand but I don't have anything to do there.

建物や設備への投資が殆どされておらず、内装の痛みや劣化、空調騒音や電気・照明設備等の陳腐化が激しい。スタッフは大変親切で素晴らしく、また、一流設計事務所設計の手になるデザインも、一回りして受ける時代になって来ているのではないか。多少宿泊料金が上がっても良いので、ハード面への積極投資による魅力向上を期待したい。
