There was one double bed and one single bed on the top floor, and a separate double bed with a separate bathroom in the basement. The basement bedroom was OK, but we had preferred 4 beds on the top floor."

"What a wonderful stay! The only down side was not staying longer. We have a family of 5, three children under 13. You and The Sea has amenities for everyone - pools, playground, skate park, direct access to beach across the street, hen house and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Spacious suite for our family and absolutely delicious fresh breakfast. Definitely recommend and stay again, washer was a plus but bring your own detergent pods. Communication with reception was 24 h and they were so helpful and responsive. "
