「This hotel's terrace upstairs is absolutely beautiful. It's built around a beautiful huge tree. The views from the terrace where breakfast is served are stunning. The staff is professional and so kind to always make extra effort. They made my breakfast to go when I was on my way to the airport.」

「Check-in was fast, the reception staff spook OK English. Breakfast was OK, but not excellent. Shower head was broken. Reported but not fixed. Stayed for 4 nights. Good value for the price.」

「I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!」

「Habitación limpia, buena atención y ubicación muy cerca del centro」

「Great stay.」

「The Hotel is not like what was offered when I booked the room, the picture are not representative of the hotel. The place is not in good condition and is full of old stuff, the room’s door had no lock.」

「Beautiful property and close to the main areas! That staff is super helpful and attentive. Just be cautious if you’re sensitive to the heat as the AC is a wall unit so the room doesn’t get cold easily!」

「This is not a 4 star hotel not even 2, has roaches, not water heater , not a fridge and when a went to ask at front desk. The guy almost laugh in my face. Is too expensive for the uncomfortable beds . They are hard as a rock 」
