Built in 1986, nestled in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, this rustic log cabin is fitting for a retreat with your other half or even for groups of up to 8. Enjoy the peaceful, long-range view of Plott Balsam from the GRAND-covered porch with comfortable outdoor seating and a 5-seater HOT TUB.

Chilly? No problem. The view is also visible from the vaulted ceiling living room hosting a wood-burning fireplace. It's close to all the attractions in Maggie Valley, as well as Cherokee Indian Reservation, Waynesville, NC, and Asheville, NC. Four bedrooms -- One king bed, two queens, a twin trundle, and two full bathrooms. NEW wood floors installed in the bedrooms. The picnic area just up the way features a swing, fire pit, and picnic table. Elevation is approximately 4,000 ft.

High Speed WiFi will accommodate multiple devices. YouTube TV included on Smart TVs.

For reservations between mid-Nov and mid-April you MUST have FOUR WHEEL DRIVE and understand that it may snow and you can get snowed in!! Guests are responsible for vacating the property on their check-out date and time. We do not cover the cost of towing if you get stuck**
