「Das Holzhaus war die zweite Station unserer Irlandrundreise. Sie übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Am Anfang waren wir besorgt, dass die sehr nahe Straße zulaut sein würde. Das war nicht so, da die Scheiben sehr gut isoliert waren. Farblich war alles wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Pflasterweg zum Haus sehr stilvoll gepflastert. 「Our family of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed our stay in Doolin. The Cottage is in a great location and the property manager did communicate with us when we had a problem with cold showers (we didn't know what time that the water heater would be on). Doolin is very walkable and the cottage had a great game selection for our family. No real grocery store in town so pick up groceries before you arrive. We did miss an actual coffee maker, but the French press worked for a few cups. 」

The showers were particularly nice - hot and great water pressure - and you appreciate this all the more if you’ve spent the day out in the wind and rain. A short drive to Doolin and the Cliffs. 「We enjoyed our nights we stayed at the property. The owners are close by and very helpful. Plenty of room for all, bedrooms are big and comfortable. Washing machine is a big plus for a family on the move. Very convenient for getting the ferry to Aran Islands, quick trip to the cliffs of Moher and the Doolin caves. Pubs just a five minute drive. 「We showed up early straight from the airport (my mistake reading the check in time), and the property manager was gracious about messaging us when the cleaners were finished and the property was ready for us (still a bit earlier than posted check in). The house was lovely, and the view was as stunning as it looks on the listing. Our only compolaint was that both showers need new temperature valves- it's either tap cold or scalding, in spite of the instructions. Not a deal breaker- we would rent...

「This property was a beautiful Coastal Cottage with all of the amenities, close to beaches and cliffs. A quiet little town with lots to do. It was so cozy and relaxing…our only complaint is we didn’t book enough time there. We loved it!」
