"This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we will stay here again when we return to Bucharest. The room was clean and well maintained, the pool was clean (a bit busy only during the weekend) the steam bath and sauna, hot. The lobby bar was welcoming and service in general was good! Uber and Bolt cars arrive quickly and can take you anywhere you want to visit."
"The rooms at this hotel are clean and spacious. The staff was nice (and there's a cat that lives at the hotel who likes to ride the elevator!). The breakfast was solid. The hotel is extremely close (about 2-3 minutes walk) to Bucharest Gard du Nord, so very convient for trains. It's also about 5 minutes from a metro stop."
"The shower titles are broken which hurts your feet. The bedsheets are also often not that clean as you can see some obvious residue left on it. Overall not worth the price you pay on it."

Breakfast area was being refurbished so breakfast deliverd to the room.

"As a frequent traveller this was the worst experience anyone can ever imagine. This was an apartment privately hosted. There was no mention of any additional fees upon booking the apartment. when i arrived at the apartment location, I was unable to locate it, i asked the neighbouring shops and they were not aware of the apartment. I contacted the hold on a number of occasions but he did not anwer, after 2 hours he sent a text demanding cleaning charge which was more than the nighly rate of the...
"We liked the safety, furnished, clean, spacious and comfortable stay. It is a bit harder the first time off the highway to make sure you don’t miss it or ensure you don’t get rear ended by another car. The inn itself is amazing and a must stay for anyone coming to Bucharest from out of Romania or coming for a weekend getaway from within Romania to visit Bucharest. "

"We stayed two nights with my kids and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the Lipscani old town area—very convenient for exploring Bucharest. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of food and drink options for everyone. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally reset the safe-box code and locked it, I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, someone from IT came and fixed it quickly. Great service and overall a pleasant stay—would definitely recommend!"
