  • Ideal geographical context very reserved in the countryside, nice furnishings. Distance from the sea 8 minutes from Otranto, 30 from Gallipoli, 15 Castro and S. Cesarea, 45 from S. Maria di Leuca. Both the Villa and the Recidence are inserted in a context of Mediterranean scrub, the rooms treated in every detail with air conditioning and television and spaces with barbecue for outdoor dining.
    The two sectors are both equipped with a swimming pool, one for the Villa and one for the four villas of the Residence, while the tennis court is used in common by all the guests of the Estate. In addition, each area has its own parking.
    The tennis court in regular cement measures, is a bit 'wavy on the surface due to the roots of pine and olive trees but practicable and with everything you need to rackets and balls available in the estate. This field equipped with dressing room and outdoor lighting can be used free of charge throughout the stay.
    Everything that can be used in everyday life, water, electricity, cooking gas, parking, wood and charcoal for barbecue is included in the price. Also in the estate there is an annex of 2 + 1 beds that can be booked separately and with an additional cost.

Better than expected...

We were 2 families with children (12,8, 6, 5). Villa is very well located directly on autostrada to all directions within Puglia region. It is also very well equiped so children will never be bored - table tennis, tennis court, volleyball court, futball and plenty of others. The whole area is enormously spacious. Biggest advantage is the large swimming pool. The owner and his son Matteo (who was the only one we met personally during our stay), because his father came every day very early in the morning and fixed and cleaned everything up, before we even woke up. Especially the outside grill (we used it almost every day) was cleaned and ready for use with wood and new package of coal. every day. Matteo is staying at the property (there are other villas as well) and promptly reacts on any queries you might have. Also gave us a tips for grocery shopping and fresh caught as well. We enjoyed our stay very well, missing that peacefull place already We will definitely recommend this poperty - it's ideal for families with kids and also for people who wants to discover the beauties of Puglia, as we did every day. Bellissima esperienza

Bellissima esperienza tra amici che ha saputo accontentare tutti i gusti: campo da volley, Ping pong, piscina grande e sempre pulita grazie alla manutenzione giornaliera del sign Giuseppe. Disponibilità massima dai proprietari. La struttura ha ben divisi gli spazi con aria condizionata in ogni camera, ma tranne nel soggiorno. Dotazione della biancheria apprezzatissima. Unica pecca che sicuramente miglioreranno la funzionalità del wi-fi che non era sufficiente, ma in vacanza può anche non essere necessario. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Fabulous property, could use a few things

We rented this house with six other friends and it was lovely. There’s a gorgeous pool where we swim laps every day and all sorts of fun things that we didn’t get to like badminton and tennis and ping-pong, bocce. The rooms were comfortable and lovely with lots of screens so that you could have the air passing through. The kitchen was the only thing lacking, there were not enough dish towels, there were no paper towels, there were no napkins, there are no placemats. Given the care they put into other things, like monogrammed sheets, I think the kitchen could be nicer. There could be better silverware, and better implements for cooking. And a better variety of pots. But this is a minor criticism. We had a lovely time and cooked every night quite successfully. We would definitely come back to this place. One other thing, because it is next to a highway, some of our friends found it noisy.

Ottima location per vacanza di gruppo

Splendida villa con spazi ampi, ben attrezzati, bella vegetazione, molto confortevole e rilassante, ideale per stare insieme a familiari ed amici numerosi per giornate intere. Viene voglia di non uscire e restare lì e sfruttare tutto quello che offre: piscina, volley, ping pong, tennis, bocce, biliardino, biciclette, biliardo, idromassaggio. Per il costo elevato in alta stagione, basterebbe poco di più per arrivare all'eccellenza: qualche riparazione in più, wi-fi e TV più moderni e efficienti, elettrodomestici più affidabili (lavatrice e frigorifero), più cura nei particolari. Comunque bellissima vacanza.

Un sogno!

La struttura è meravigliosa: ha tutto ciò che si possa desiderare per una permanenza in totale relax. Siamo stati benissimo, nonostante le zanzare (ma nulla di imputabile al proprietrio)! Accoglienza perfetta e coccolati fin dal primo momento con un pensiero di benvenuto! Torneremo sicuramente e al più presto in questo paradiso! Col magone attendiamo la prossima estate! Villa Crie per rilassamento nella natura

utto perfetto! Siamo stati a Villa Crie tra il 20 e il 30 agosto 2016. La tenuta è perfetta, curata in ogni particolare e adatissima ad una vacanza in gruppo anche con bambini, noi eravamo 8 adulti più 7 bambini (di 7 mesi a 9 anni). Il parco è tenuto davvero bene da Giuseppe che ogni mattina su preoccupa di riordinare il bbq (e ripristinare la legna consumata) e la zona piscina. Il BBQ è il fiore all'occhiello, usabilissimo anche da parte dei meno esperti è molto adatto a serata in compagnia essendo anche molto vicino al fantastico tavolone di legno sotto il gazebo. Ogni sera è stata una festa. La Villa è molto bella (meno la dependance) e dotata i ogni comfort. E poi c'è Giuseppe, sembra quasi che siano due o tre cloni per la velocità con cui riesce a risolvere ogni esigenza. Maglie è molto vicina (5 min in macchina) e presenta delle chicche culinarie da non perdere: dal forno che sforna oltre al pane e agli immancabili taralli anche piatti pronti super. Ne abbiamo provati un paio: ottimi. Giuseppe saprà poi indicarvi un ottimo caseificio (che produce anche gli spumoni salentini: consiglio caffè e nocciola) e la psticceria giusta per i pasticciotti. Altri posti da vedere: Otranto (10-15 minuti) merita una visita e Specchia è un gioiello. A Muro Leccese vale la pena una passegiata per un buon caffè leccese (espreso, ghiaccio e latte di mandorla) nella piazza centrale. Noi abbiamo girato un pò le varie spiagge del salento, forse però le più vicine (stabilimenti di Alimini - 20 minuti di macchina) sono le più comode. In sintesi... tutto molto molto bene. Amazing villa and hospitality

We have just returned from a 10day stay at tenuta le crie ,we could not have asked for anything more , it exceeded our expectations in every way , Guissrppe and his son Mateo could not have been more welcoming kind gracious and generous hosts , The villa was amazing and immaculate , it was the most well equipped villa we have ever come across , it has a huge swimming pool with water polo nets and inflatables an outdoor whirlpool , sun beds with Canopies and parasols ,a wonderful outside eating area with fires BBQ and facilities that were replenished daily , it has a flood lit tennis court with changing /equipment building , baules lane ,badminton volleyball table.tennis ruins ,books and a lovely resturant just down the track , karting is near by and otranto beach is 15 min drive away , we as a family of five , three young men with two girlfriends and great aunt could not have wished for more ,in the basement there is also a games room with an excellent pool table and chess !! We did not have enough time to enjoy all that was on offer , The price also included a linen change and end of stay clean ! And as if this wasn't enough , Guisseppe would arrive around 6am every day to very quietly go about cleaning the pool and gardens etc all done and gone before we woke , it was as if the fairies had been ,Magical ,Thank you

Una casa splendia

It was a great place to spend a holiday. We were at the place for a week with two dutch families, 6 children. The garden is splendid, very big, beter in reality than in the pictures, with swimming pool, volleybal field, tennis court, table tennis, a nice fireplace ( Giuseppe, ancora mi piace di bruciare tutto il legno, ma il fuoco era multo piacevole) and a very nice gazebo to eat your meal and sit together. The house was comfortabele, the first night stil a little bit cold, but the owner arranged extra heating The owner, Giuseppe, and his son Matteo, were very polite and friendly. Thanks again for your hospitality, we' d like to return next year, to see more of Puglia, one week is far to short to enjoy it all. Cordiali saluti, Fam. Nijmeijer en vd Weerd

Wonderful place!

We were a group of 11 adults staying at this lovely house for a week in September. Giuseppe could not have been a more welcoming owner, he even organised an English translator when we picked up the keys so he could explain all about the house in detail. He also visited every day in the early morning to clean the grounds and barbecue, replacing citronella candels and re-stocking wood etc - which was really fantastic. The property itself is massive and perfect for large groups as there is a good size pool, tennis courts and plenty of outdoor space (including a bonfire area which Giuseppe also replenishes if need be!). The kitchen is very small but quite well stocked and we barbecued most nights so this didn't matter. The only other slight negative would be the beds in some of the rooms - a few are sofa beds so are not particularly comfortable after a few nights. In all though I would definitely recommend this place to friends as it's excellent value, in a great location and has a wonderful host!

Wow Wow Wow - Much more than you think

Without question this is the most impressively equipped rental that we have had in 25 years of coming to Italy (and many rentals in the US). A week is hardly enough time to take advantage of everything that is on this property. Now if you're an American (or any foreigner) looking at this, congratulations for finding Puglia and the Salento. You are way off the beaten track. This is an area of Olive trees and backwater italian towns. There are no gorgeous hills like Tuscany, but the land has it's own charm. The drive from Otranto down to S.M. Leuca is very beautiful (the drive up through the center back to the villa is not). The villa is on a fast road at maybe 25 minutes from Lecce which is a beautiful city. 15 or 20 minutes to Otranto on a road that is currently under construction, but will be very fast and easy when it is done. So let's talk about what the villa has to offer: * The pool is a full lap pool of 17 meters if you believe Giuseppe's description, but we think it's longer. It's a fine pool to play in, but it's also a real pool to swim in. * The grounds around the pool as you can see a gorgeous with 10 or so Lettini chairs for lounging. It has all the makings of a hotel pool. * The tennis court is full sized, well fenced, with lights for night play. There are a few ripples in the surface, but in two matches, we had exactly one shot go astray as a result of the surface. Two buckets of balls, 4 rackets, a changing house with two showers and a toilet. * The volleyball court is marked with boundaries down with cloth tape or something. We used it for badmitton, although it's really a volleyball net * The foosball table has it's own patio and you don't have to put a dime in. * The gazebo is huge with a table that sits a dozen easily and more if you wanted. * The barbeque is olive wood. When you use it, as I did, Giuseppe cleans it all up the next morning and has it ready for you to go again. * There are five bicycles, three of which are adult size. The back roads along the property provide a very safe and easy place to ride * The pool table in the basement is first rate and the basement itself is very well done. I say this as someone who owns my own $2,500 pool table, so my standards are high. The pockets have an interesting shape not like US pool tables that make some shots particularly tricky. * OK, the rook on the chess table is broken, work around it. I've run out of characters. Vacanze perfette

Villa Le Crie si trova in una posizione strategica che consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti i principali richiami turistici del Salento. La struttura è curatissima, pulita e ricca di facilitazioni, svaghi, attività sportive per trascorrere al meglio la vacanza se non si ha voglia andare al mare. Il proprietario, Sig. Giuseppe, è persona veramente meticolosa ed attenta alla soddisfazione completa degli ospiti, veramente ti fa sentire a tuo agio sin dal primo contatto. Noi eravamo in 4 più la nostra cagnolina ed abbiamo apprezzato ampiamente sia la location che l'ampia area verde a nostra disposizione. Insomma tutto per il meglio, consigliatissima !

Una villa da sogno per una vacanza indimenticabile

Vorrei scrivere mille parole riguardo questa meravigliosa location ma voglio iniziare solo con un grazie è stato tutto perfetto! Non solo la casa, con i suoi spazi interni ed esterni è curata in ogni dettaglio ed è ideale per ogni momento di una vacanza da sogno! Ma la gentilezza, le attenzioni e le premure del signor Giuseppe e signora, la rendono ancora più speciale. Tutti i giorni che abbiamo trascorso in villa sono stati stupendi e non sono mai mancate sorprese e gentilezze a renderli ancora più magici! Abbiamo scelto questa casa per le nostre vacanze più speciali e anche i nostri ospiti se ne sono innamorati! Siamo felici di aver scelto villa Le Crie e di aver conosciuto il Signor Giuseppe e famiglia! Sicuramente torneremo e già ci manca l'atmosfera che c'era!

Soggiorno a 5 stelle!!!

Eravamo un gruppo di 8 amici, siamo stati davvero benissimo. La villa è stupenda, condivido con le altre recensioni che dal vivo rende ancor più che in foto. Camere molto spaziose e zona esterna meravigliosa, sia per la piscina che per la zona barbecue. La location è ottima per arrivare su entrambe le coste con facilità. Giuseppe è una persona molto gentile e disponibile che ci è venuto incontro in ogni nostra esigenza. Molto gradita la pulizia del barbecue dopo l'utilizzo. Unica pecca (peraltro sopportabilissima...) il mal funzionamento del wifi. Ci stiamo già organizzando per tornare il prossimo anno con famiglie al seguito!! Un saluto da Pescara. Piero

una vacanza da sogno!

La descrizione e le foto della casa rendono poca giustizia, dal vero è ancora più bella, molto curata e con molti dettagli che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra.La pulizia era buona e il sig Giuseppe provvedeva ogni mattina alla pulizia esterna della zona pranzo e zona piscina, svuotava i cestini, addirittua ci riforniva di legna per il barbecue e anche degli zampironi per le zanzare. Praticamente pensava ad ogni minimo dettaglio, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare dolcetti tipici pugliesi e qualcosa da bere in frigo! Veramente un bel pensiero! Sicuramente la consiglierei, anzi probabilmente ritorneremo in questa splendida villa, una settimana è stato veramente troppo poco! Il Condominio

Una casa fuori categoria viagiamo molto è possiamo dire què per questa casa non manca nente ha questa casa! gli esterni sono pianificare di tale tipo che è impossibile annoiarsi, la piscina, campo tennis, pallavolo, volano, palle, un pergolato degno dei ristoranti , breve di molto belle vacanze!!!! Casa a dir poco splendida, bellissimo giardino; manutenzione delle attrezzature e della piscina impeccabili. Proprietari molto disponibili. In generale una vacanza bellissima, in posizione molto comoda per girare il Salento. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Quando prenoti una casa per le vacanze hai sempre paura di sbagliare e di rovinarti le ferie ma vi assicuro che prenotare Villa Le Crie e' stata la scelta più giusta che potessimo fare!!! È veramente stupenda , ogni angolo della casa e del giardino ha qualcosa di bello!! Non manca assolutamente nulla per divertirsi e la casa e' completa di tutto .Quando guardate le foto vi stupirete al vostro arrivo perché dal vivo e' ancora meglio!!!La piscina e' da hotel 5 stelle e sia noi che i nostri figli ci siamo stati benissimo . Consiglio questa casa a chiunque è sono sicura che non rimarrete delusi!! In ultimo, vorrei dire che ,cosa non da poco, il proprietario e la sua assistente sono persone speciali , sempre a disposizione in caso di bisogno.

"An excellent villa, all of fixtures and fittings and furniture were of very good quality. Clean, spacious, lovely pool, no chlorine taste or smell. The garden around the villa is very attractive and well maintained. The owner came every morning, cleaned all the surrounding area, the pool, barbecue, and even replaced charcoal and insect repellents, a wonderful service. It is ideally placed for exploring Salento, close to both Maglie and Otranto, my only reservation is that the main road is nearby, which is handy, but traffic noise is occasionally intrusive, you soon get used to it. An excellent villa with an attentive and conscientious owner. Highly recommended. Bravo Giuseppe, complimenti!"

"Le foto pubblicate non rendono giustizia a questa bellissima casa, dove regna la calma e la tranqillità. La posizione è ottimale per girare il Salento, poichè in massimo un''ora si riescono a raggiungere praticamente tutte le spiagge. la casa è inoltre completa di tutto, refinita nel dettaglio, curata in ogni particolare. Perfetta per grandi compagnie che vogliono avere la propria privacy senza in rischio di arrecare disturbo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. Il proprietario Giuseppe è una persona disponibile e affidabile, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Nel complesso è stata una vacanza eccezionale! Grazie"
