“I like that I got a room with a balcony and a view of north south and west, The floor plan is open enough that it is very spacious while still being a cozy one bed room apartment, is extremely quiet easy to sleep during the day if you want to. Love the fact that I have a washer and dryer here that I could do my laundry especially after traveling for a month I absolutely love this placeand having an entire car load full of laundry. I absolutely love this place.”

“We stayed at The Cōz to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and be closer to Hale Centre Theatre where we saw a couple plays. The Cōz was extremely well stocked! It had just about everything we could need (except an oven). All the furniture was very comfortable, the fireplaces & big TVs delightful, the massage chair fabulous, and the ambiance welcoming and calm. “I will definitely stay here when I come back to SLC.The apartment was perfect for what I need, it's close to where I need to be, and the owner was very patient and accommodating. It was clean and nicely organized, and comfortable. It's pretty roomy and had a nice desk set up that made my studying space very functional.Special mention:It's Autumn in Salt Lake City and I am a super cold person.
