「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. Nella struttura e presente un ristorante per una cena di classe. Nel seminterrato della struttura è presente un comodo parcheggio a pagamento (€17.00 per una giornata). 「The hotel was very clean and friendly staff. Especially Anthea. She was most accommodating in the bar and made a recommendation for dinner. She called and made the reservations for us as well. It was a perfect dinner. She was very good at customer service. Willing to help in anyway. 」

「Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice.」
