Location great. Amenities were not up to scratch. Lifts broken (we were on the 3rd floor and had to drag 4 cases up 3 flights of stairs)

Absoutley disgusted in what has happened. The place was double booked and myself and the other customer tried ringing multiple times and have had no answer.
