“Absolutely beautiful property and the nicest people!”

“We check in at 7:40 PM, only to be informed that the pool closes at 8:00 PM. The big reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool, for the kids to swim since the weather was terrible. They also said the pool don’t open until 12:00PM the next day. We come down for breakfast around 8:00 AM after everyone had shower only to see kids in the pool. (I’m almost positive it was kids of the staff) The air in the room did not work, they did have a fan in the room already so they knew this but we……

“continental breakfast consist of cereals, Coffee was cold. microwave was broken. low water pressure in the bathroom. otherwise room is clean”
