「Service, location, friendly accommodating staff made us feel like home. Kanchanjungha views from hotel view point.. outside some rooms, dining hall, outside reception.. everywhere. Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. 「There was nothing there to like. Everything was terrible & not in a livable condition. No working bathroom, no weather controlled rooms, very old & dirty towels. Please remove this property from your list. No one should live in such horrible conditions after paying so much. I should get some refund back if not the entire amount. Thanks 🙏」

「Okay hotel, rooms are quite spacious, some with good views of the mountains in the distance.
Quite close to the centre of Darjeeling on a busy road (to be fair all roads are busy there).
The room we were in was a bit damp, this side of the hotel doesn't get sunlight at this time of year (December) so in this season it remains quite humid and therefore cold (there are enough blankets that you can sleep comfortably though) throughout the night and the day.
Staff was nice but also sometimes too...

「Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. 」
