Good value, great staff. In recovery mode from covid....but making great progress. Hotel could use a minor upgrade for business...IE: some USB charging ports in the room and more outlets. Overall a great stay and will not hesitate to book again.

Très bel établissement excentré au bout de zone touristique. Personnel professionnel et avenant, sauf ceux de la réception l'après midi. Animation sympathique et familiale. Les animateurs sont très sympas.Chambres très confortables et très propre. La climatisation est souvent poussive. Repas corrects mais très répétitifs. Il faut absolument prendre la formule all inclusive, car en demi pension tout se paie et les consommations aux bars sont au prix français (11€ un cocktail light et un demi de bière tiède). Il n'y a rien à proximité de l'hôtel. Grande Piscine et belle plage équipée.

J’ai eu un court séjour mais c’était une expérience géniale et magnifique : Propreté, chambre spacieuse, pied dans l'eau et Le restaurant est au top. we had a good stay, as we were traveling south to Douz. The property is quite large and well maintained. Staff are courteous and available. Buffet breakfast offers many choices (a la carte may be available in the other restaurant). Spa services are good and expansive, bar with singers a good distraction.

Nice hotel but needs renovation

Food choice is limited. And long queue to get the meal on buffet times. Availability of chairs at the pool area and at the beach are limited. Always all chairs occupied. Hotel furniture is too old for a 5* hotel. Hotel location is very nice and feel secure all the time. The beach and pool are very clean and nice.

Excellent court séjour dans cet hôtel Thalasso

Bien que l'accueil ne fut pas vraiment à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel (nous sommes arrivés avec notre propre voiture et il a fallu batailler avec les gardiens pour avoir une place dans le parking à l'entrée de l'établissement), le reste du séjour fut très agréable. L'hôtel est immense est décoré avec beaucoup de goût (le hall est grandiose). Le personnel dans l'ensemble est souriant et prêt à vous faire plaisir. Les chambres sont spacieuses et pour les deux chambres que nous avions réservés, l'une avait vue sur mer et terrain de golfe (sur notre demande sur place), et l'autre sur l'immense piscine extérieure. Les enfants peuvent aussi profiter en hiver d'une petite piscine couverte. Mais ce que je recommande surtout c'est la piscine balnéo du centre thalasso (25dinars pour en profiter toute la journée). Pour 80 dinars par personne (soit 40 euros), nous avons eu un forfait comprenant hammam, enveloppement d'algues, massage de 40 minutes et accès à la piscine balnéo ! Bref, c'est l'incontournable de cet hôtel. Si vous pouvez, il faut absolument sortir de l'hôtel et partir à la découverte du centre ville de Mahdia avec son port et sa digue qui réserve une incroyable surprise (vue à couper le souffle).

It took time to adjust

In the beginning, it took time to adjust, especially to the service in the main eating room (I would not call it Restaurant) but after a while I started to enjoy my stay. The room service was good. The main downside of the room though was that it did not have any tea facilities, no cattle to prepare tea by myself-big inconvenience for me, no Wi Fi service in rooms and not always working Wi Fi in a common area. Meals are pretty much the same every day but a big variety and always possible to find what you can eat. In my opinion, Tte hotel shoud not be rated 5 star but it is a good place for holiday: existence of Thalasso!!! excellent position, beautiful beach and weather, nice experience with local people. I would like to come back.
