Stay at La Maison Den Bas
My family of 6 stayed here from 26th Dec to 4th Jan 2023 and our stay was very pleasant. Evis settled us in and Rosa Marie came a day later to show us how everything worked. The home was warm and fully equipped with extra linens, towels, kitchen utensils, toiletries, washing liquids, seasonings, gas cylinder for the cooker... name it. I cooked everyday cause we brought the children and I found everything I needed to work with. There's also a grocery store next door ( Muralis) where you can get water, chicken, cereals, bread...anything really. The compound is spacious and the children played ball on the grass whenever they want. House is also fenced and gated so gives a sense of more security. The beach close to the house isn't the one you came to Seycheles for though...but you can get beautiful sunsets there. Also a food kiosk by the beach where you can get the most delicious comfort food. A restaurant - Kapatcha is also 2 houses away by the street corner. All in all, a really good place to stay with family.

Very nice holiday house, well equipped
You could find there everything you need for a comfortable stay,. also the owner uses the house for holidays. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, AC and fans, EU plugs, wifi , weekly cleaning service, etc. 20-25 minutes drive from the airport. Several beaches nearby. The local family that takes care of the house is very kind and helpful. The only downside is that Anse a la Mouche beach and the water have been dirty since January 2022 due to the construction of the pier. We definitely recommend staying in this house.

Une véritable farce !
Bonjour à tous, J'avais prévu toutes les photos possibles. J'en avais plus de 20. Elles montraient le scandale de ce logement. Je les publierais sur Google, cela n'est pas important. Le logement fut une honte absolue, je n'ai jamais vu autant de crasse, de gras, de poussière. Je n'ai jamais connu celà, je me suis interrogé sur comment il était possible de livrer un logement comme celui là. Abritel ne permet pas de publier des photos ... Il ne faut effectivement pas mettre en cause leur gestion ... Gestion ? Non, on encaisse les chèques et on ne fournit aucun service. Je vous laisse me suivre sur Google. Je pourrais alors mettre des photos. Elles seront édifiantes ! A l'entrée de la maison, une pancarte montrant un pirate est affichée. Tout est compris. M. le propriétaire, cher Hervé, je n'ai jamais vu une personne comme vous. Honte à vous et surtout ... honte à Abritel qui ne nous a pas soutenu.

older house in a good location
The older house was in a good location in Anse la mouche.The layout was good, but it was - according our standards and expectations - not well maintained. Obviousley the cleaning standards are very different there, so that I cleaned e.g. the oven 2 hours before we were able to use it. It needs probably 20 hours of good cleaning.

Bon emplacement
Très bien pour les baignades à anse à la Mouche, nous avons bien apprécier de pouvoir emporter les bons plats du take away à 50m de la maison et le resto que nous pouvions rejoindre à pied le soir. La terrasse est vraiment sympa nous avons passer de chouettes moments à regarder les oiseaux qui voltigent dans le jardin.

Casa carina, ma pulizia scadente,connessione wi-fi insufficiente.
Anse la Mouche bella spiaggia, tranquillissima con mare piatto. Attenzione alle send flying, presenti in tutte le spiagge più selvagge, molto fastidioso il prurito dopo esser stati punti.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage von dem Haus ist perfekt. Es ist sehr nahe am Meer und ein Supermarkt ist in direkter Nähe. Rose-Marie war sehr nett und hat uns immer sehr schnell geholfen wenn es ein kleines Problem gab oder wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

EIN Ort zum träumen und entspannen.
EIN gemütliches schon eingerichtet Haus. Eine Terasse mit Esstisch und Sofa. Auch wenn es regnet oder die Sonne scheint ein trockener ,schattiger Platz. Nah zum Strand und zum Tante Emma Laden für das Nötigste. EIN toller Platz zum Erholen.

Great host, we felt very comfortable
Rose and the family were very welcoming and supporting, very good commincation (quick response). The house was perfectly adequate and offered everything we needed (despite being a few years old, but absolutely fine for us). The large garden was very convenient for the children. The sea is very close to the appartment (2 minutes walk). Thank you very much to Rose, Philos and Herve :)! We really had a wonderful time!

Schönes Haus mit ein paar Mängel
Das Haus ist an sich sehr schön und gut gelegen. Nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Bad und Küche waren etwas schmutzig und draußen vor der Terrasse lagen verrostete Grillutensilien, die man nicht benutzen konnte. Die Küchenutensilien waren zum Teil kaputt, als wir es dann gemeldet haben, wurden die Kaffemaschine und der Wasserkocher sofort ausgetauscht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sonst sehr gut. Das Meer in 2 min erreichbar. Und im kleinen Shop nebenan alles an Lebensmitteln da.

Unkompliziert und die Kommunikation Herr Philip hat wunderbar geklappt. Direkt vom Haus 100m entfernt ist ein guter Strand. In 50m Entfernung Lebensmittelgeschàfte. Restaurants und Cafe auch um die Ecke. Haus sauber und groß. Für 2 Familien optimal.

Proximité de la plage, au calme, a coté d une épicerie et auprès de Leon pour ces bons petits plats a emportés et pas cher ! Les chambres spacieuses avec chacun sa salle de bain et toilette. bonnes literies grand placard de rangements maison idéale .

Merveilleuse Maison d'En Bas
c'était notre deuxième séjour et nous avons autant apprécié que la première fois en 2016. Cette maison est idéalement placée, près de la plage, confortable avec un beau jardin. Elle a beaucoup de charme. Nous aimons beaucoup cette maison. Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux aux Seychelles. Le seul bémol est le bruit du voisinage avec de nombreux chiens qui aboient jour et nuit et le chantier de construction d'une maison juste derrière et qui démarre très tôt le matin(7h30) mais cela n'est pas du fait du propriétaire.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
Unser Urlaub in Ihrem Haus war sehr erhohlsam und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal und nah an den schönsten Stränden der Insel Mahé. Der Minimarkt in direkter Nachbarschaft ermöglicht es, sich schnell und unkompliziert mit allem nötigen zu versorgen. Vielen Dank!
