I am strand at sea overlooking Mauritius. I am one of the customer with NCl Dawn. I explained the situation with Expedia and no avail. It s not pleasant experience with Expedia or the property

Les Bambous was a very pleasant and friendly stay as I overnighted in Mauritius. Nothing was too much trouble for the host. I will certainly return.

The owner and his wife are really helpful and welcoming, he runs a great taxi service to the airport personally....breakfast on the rooftop is casual and welcoming.....

2 nights at RESIDENCELES BAMBOUS MAHEBOURG
excellent for the Moines paid. My hostess provided a tasty local-style breakfast I ate with mountain views. i did not find local restaurants but shops are nearby, and the Host will provide coffee tea, etc on request. I took advantage of the Host's guide service and saw lots of the local area, as a taxi driver in the past he is a fountain of knowledge. Overall enjoyable, had dinner there which gave me the opportunity for conversation with other guests, a nice comfotable establishment.

The hosts were so nice, and we really had fun. The only down side is that the location of the property is in a rural area not so much to do and eat around

Good budget accommodation
Residence Les Bambous is on a little side street in Mahebourg, about a 5 minute ride from the new mall at Vallon Bo (close to the airport, but on the opposite side of the island from the capital and most of the resorts in the north). It is family owned, with a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. It's not luxurious but it is very affordable, and comfortable, with a nice bed, hot water in the shower, and a ceiling fan to keep the room cool.

Very bad treatment
Not good the guys treated us like slaves forced to sleep on floor. Instead should have treated like hotel since paid above hotel rates even hotel.com knows.

It is a small family business where you feel welcomed from the beginning. The breakfast is simple but very tasty, fruit juice freshly squeezed, and the bedroom comfortable and close to the history museum or the bus station.

Good value for money
The accommodation was clean and reasonable comfortable, but the WiFi network was totally ineffective. The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. I suggest the bed sheets be replaced with ones that fit the bed properly.

Moustiques cafards toile d’araignée sur les murs Nous avons essayé de donner des conseils d’amélioration au fils du propriétaire qui nous a répondu que vu le prix on ne devait pas s’attendre à autre chose et qu’ils sont toujours pleins .

Hébergements trés conviviale. Très bon accueil de Ritesh et sa femme. Il a été de bon conseil et nous a servi de chauffeur même très tôt le matin pour le départ à l'aéroport.

Ritesh nous a très bien accueilli ainsi que sa femme et sa famille. Il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous a ramené. Les conseils sur les repas aux alentours étaient top. Le petit déjeuner compris dans le coût de la chambre nous a permis de prendre notre temps le matin. Je recommande à 100%

Perfekt für eine stopover night
Ich war nur eine Nacht im Les Bambous, aufgrund einer Flugverspätung. Absolut ok. Nur ums Eck von vielen Geschäften und Restaurants, Streetfood. Mehr habe ich auf die kurze Zeit nicht gesehen. Der Transfer hin und zurück hat perfekt geklappt. Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Hinterhof "Garten" Duschkopf sollte erneuert werden, war nach 20 Sek hinüber, ansonsten alles gut. Würde mich wieder einbuchen.

chambre propre très bien pour passer une nuit avant de prendre l’avion. néanmoins il n’etais pas précisé que la climatisation était en supplément et je trouve que cela devrait directement être dans le prix de la chambre. A 30 degrés c’est juste pas tenable. de plus de de lit bébé dommage
