The property was fine. Rather old and in need of updates. The furniture was dingy and not very comfortable. The beds were just OK. Overall, it was fine, but I thought it was on the expensive side for what you got.

Design of the room was weird. There was a living room and bedroom, but you had to go through the bathroom in order to go to the bedroom. If someone was in the bathroom, you couldn't leave the bedroom

Loved the pool. The layout of the room was weird and inconvenient. If only there was a door closing off the toilet and tub from the rest of the bathroom, then people wouldn't have to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Also, the door between the bedroom and bathroom didn't lock. Would be a great place for 1 person to stay alone, but with more than 2 people it was awkward and appears to be a very simple modification would make a HUGE difference for guests. If the bathroom situation was different, I'd give it 4 stars instead of 3. Also, the pull out bed on the couch was horribly uncomfortable. Thankfully my friend lent me his inflatable air mattress.

No teabags in room, or milk. Asked at reception, was told milk only available from the vending machine at a cost of 4 dollars, and it was oat milk only, unsuitable for tea. There was a problem with air conditioning unit in our room, but the maintenance guy sorted it quickly and was very friendly.

It is always a pleasure staying at this property. It is a home-like atmosphere and they have even incorporated a unique and friendly addition named Myles ( or Miles ) to bring smiles to visitors passing through the lobby. Great job as always....

This was the perfect hotel for our NJ /NY trip. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. The swimming pool was perfect to help cool off. The staff was very helpful in making sure you knew the ins and outs of the hotel. The restaurant staff were nice and helpful. The food was good. The hotel is in a good area not a lot of traffic in the area. Kudos to the cleaning team. We walked in our room and was hit with a fresh clean smell. All in all this was a nice place to stay.

I have always liked to stay at Homewood suites hotels, but this one is a bit run down. The rug in the room is falling apart and lifting from the floor. The edge of the kitchen table was definitely nawed by a dog. A few spots here and there in the room could have definitely used dusting. The couch doesn't have anymore cushion, it is warn out. I can say that Rebecca was awesome 👌. She treated us with lots of patience after having a little problem with the booking.
