「Staff at check-in was awesome! Next day shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor making it very wet & slippery. I asked the front desk the for towels & she said we could only have 2. It was not enough to clean up the mess. Called for more towels & explained the situation, she said so you can only have 2 towels No More. Very rude about it & never offered to help clean up the mess with a mop & bucket then instead. Not impressed. Not good customer service. 」

「The room is dimly lit. Wwhen your eyesight isn’t great low lighting is hard to see in. Hard to see in the bathroom or in the entryway. Consider using brighter bulbs. 」
