"Such a lovely hotel, highly recommend. I was looking for accommodation whilst I attended a weekend event at Sandown race course. Traveling as a lone female I felt very comfortable with my choice, I was greeted by a friendly Irish man who was very helpful and welcoming. The room was large and very beautifully decorated. There was a coffee machine with a selection of pods, also fresh milk in the fridge and a pot of fresh cookies which is such a nice touch. Lovely toiletries. The bed was big and...

"Had a lovely couple of days. Room ok, bit on the small side but adequate for 2 days. Had Sunday lunch which was ok, think we were a bit late so maybe not as fresh as earlier in the day. Breakfast very good. Everyone who works there very friendly and good service. "

"Friendly helpful staff member on reception checked me in and she explained everything parking breakfast local amenities etc. I stayed in room 20 in the annex which was comfortable clean & quiet ( even tho it over looked the pub courtyard) the bathroom soap dishes & toilet seat needed replacing but that was my only gripe 😁… on the whole a lovely hotel in the centre of chertsey with attentive staff and a pleasant atmosphere… I did not eat there due to working late so can’t comment on the food "
