"Aside from the spotless and comfortable room the best thing was the welcoming and helpful staff. They have hot water for tea in the lobby, coffee and maple syrup treats! They gave us a list of covered bridges in the area and we visited one of them! We would go back in a heartbeat."

"The host who welcomed us on the first night was very friendly and welcoming. However, the following morning, a different staff member seemed unhappy to be there and was not very approachable when greeting guests or answering questions. The room was clean, and the water pressure was excellent. The bed could have been more comfortable by adding more pillows or better-quality ones. The breakfast buffet was decent but would benefit from adding scrambled eggs. Overall, the stay was good in some aspects, but there is room for improvement in customer service and breakfast options. Originally looking for hotel in Vermont but couldn’t find any, this was as close to Vermont as we could find."
