"Hotel dont know how to be prepared for their guest. Not all amenities are available. "

"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel was going through renovations. The internet abd t.v. didn't work our entire stay. "

"The room is clean, the cleaners are nice but the front desk clerk is too strict, she is a small dark with a chineta girl with long hair and shes always grumpy. I hope she avoids being grumpy we customers we gonna have a good day. That kind of behavior is contagious and ruins our mood. And I hope they approach us and then tell us if we need room cleaning or not."
