"This is an excellent choice for seeing Saumur. It is in an old building with a lot of character. My room was large, with wooden beamed ceiling, tall windows that opened, and a limestone fireplace I wish I had in my home. Ensuite had shower and had plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. "The hotel is very charming and located in a quiet part of town in an old stone building. Check-In was easy. The owner is very nice and extremely helpful. The room was confortable and clean. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding. Croissants, crepes, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, specially made coffee, eggs on request and much more. The service in the breakfast area was wonderful as well. We will definitely return. "
