"The eggs were runny - and the breakfast was not hot - the chafing dishes were not plugged in or used to their advantage so the food got cold. The service was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just get someone to get those chafing dishes HEATING the food."

"This is a great place to stay: really good size, comfortable and felt very safe for a solo traveller. More than anything, the location is terrific, you are right in the heart of the action. That means some noise, but the insulation seems pretty good and closing the windows blocked most of it out. I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the street and it was lovely to sit there watching the hustle and bustle. Also appreciated the very effective air con since I visited during a heatwave!"

"Very lovel hotel located in Old Town Lublin. The property is very clean and up to date and as the old saying goes, it’s so clean you could eat off the floor. The staff were so friendly. There’s only one complaint I have about the rooms. I was traveling to Lublin from the states and didn’t realize the sun rises so early in Poland during the summer. They definitely need black out blinds/drapes because it was 4 am and the sun was coming into the rooms. It woke me up really early and it was hard to fall back asleep. Outside of that everything else was fantastic."
"I loved every aspect of the hotel. The only things that were a negative impact for me was in the middle of the day they announced test fire drills over the intercom super loudly. I was sick and it did not help my headache.I also would've like the room to have a mini fridge and or a microwave. But none of this should impact the score I give.
