“The hotel is very conveniently located to access the haram, just have to cross the road. I was very impressed from check in to check out, all the staff are very helpful and friendly throughout. The lifts at this hotel are absolutely awesome, never a long wait for a lift at any time. The view from our room out to the haram from the 8th floor was great. Rooms aren’t big but well equipped and fairly modern, showers are great. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“Nice location, little out of the drama of mecca, Beautiful properly, Courteous staff. Amongst the staff, the Receptionist name Sister Ghadeer was so much helpful, very much client orientated and professional as well. Not forgetting the evening shift Baggage Manager Brother Nasir Uddin, nice fellow, kind , professional and willing to help at all times. Thanks to all the staff but especially those two were good. Around the corner from the property, a nice shopping area for basic need and……

“Food service was awful the workers were unprofessional they were watching gusts plates it was so awkward I even wont go for iftar for the third time they were asking me which room am I. The shower water didn't go through out it was clogged when you take shower the water under your feet it was disgusted me room dirty full of dust smells dusts.I would not recommend .only the outside is beautiful inside bad ”
