"Great hotel overall "

"I had a wonderful stay at GLOU Higashi Shinjuku. The location is fantastic—super convenient, just steps away from the metro and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and comfortable. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!"

"Nice facility with elevator. The AC was good helped with this heat. Kitchen is lacking frying pan and cooking utensils. Bathroom is big and has washing machine. Unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants…and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. We had a late flight and owner allowed us to check out at noon. "
