“Unfortunately the bottom suite is greatly affected if guests are staying above. Our Sleep was greatly affected by upper music, although not overly loud. Sound travels thru the floor very easily. Walking around till 2AM with various squeaks in the floor caused a very difficult time sleeping below. Home overall was reasonable but items in the home were all very cheap causing issue. Toaster smelt like an electrical fire. Maintenance team is under qualified for the tasks they perform. Kitchen……

“This house was perfect for 2 families with lots of teens. Plenty of beds and a plus is that each room has a bathroom attached or at least a jack and jill bathroom between two rooms. Garage had a great selection of beach chairs, toys and other things which was great for our group.”

“The house was beautiful and fit 11 adults very comfortably. We had quite a few small issues over the weekend. Unfortunately the host was unable to rectify most of the issues. Hopefully they fix all the items we brought to their attention before the next guests arrive.”

“The house is wonderful. The theater was a treat. One chair was broken but since there were 8 of us, the broken seat didn't matter. I did call th management company and suggest that they repair that chair prior to another guest arriving. The pool had green algae but as soon as I called the mgt company again, a pool service guy was sent quickly and remedied the situation. Since we were paying to have the pool heated, Laura from the management company said that they would reimburse us for the 35……

“Property is nice in a great neighborhood. Suggest some improvements. Dishwasher not working properly. Ran it 3 times but dishes were still dirty. Kitchen sink leaking. Appeared to be for a while. Bedrooms are good size with nice bathrooms except one with 5 twin beds. Too many in a small space.I recommend this place with these problems fixed.”

“The house was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good. The kitchen could use some additional larger serving bowls and utensils. Pool area was great. Definitely cannot park two cars in the garage as one garage door looks to be for a golf cart and garage doors didn’t open well. Overflow parking was convenient to the property which was nice. For a house that sleeps that many people another fridge would be helpful. Hosts were very responsive to me sending messages for whatever questions we had.……

“What a perfect property for our family! The home is exactly as stated, and even more charming. The surf theme throughout was beautifully done with great attention to detail. It was so clean and the location just steps to the beach. We wanted a quiet getaway to recharge and there was no better place to do that. We opted to heat the pool and the temp was perfect for after long morning sunrise walks on the beach and night swims. Our dogs were so happy to vaca with us and the house did not……
