The spacious bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after exploring the city.



    Located in a charming area of Málaga, this apartment offers incredible convenience. You'll be just steps away from local restaurants and right in the city centre. The Malagueta Beach is a short 1.3 km away, while essential services like Carrefour supermarket are just 100 metres from your doorstep. The apartment is a very comfortable, well appointed with an attention to detail. The terraced area was an excellent .addition The apartment is best suited to a couple. If the sofa bed is to be used as an additional sleeping space, the glass divider of the main bedroom would require privacy blinds.

Hübsche kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt

Die Terrasse ist sicherlich das Highlight der Wohnung. Man beginnt den Tag mit dem Frühstück draußen und endet dort abends mit einem Gläschen Wein. Großes Plus, es gibt sogar noch eine Markise. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert bestens. Man hört sie auch nicht. Die Lage ist top. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ein paar mehr Teller und Besteck wären sicherlich eine Bereicherung für die Wohnung. Von jeder Tellerart je 4 Stück ist nicht gerade viel. Auch die Küchenutensilien könnten verbessert werden. Es gibt keinen Pfannwender und auch die scharfen Messer sind übersichtlich. Eine Halterung in der Kühlschranktür ist leider rausgebrochen?, somit können keine Flaschen senkrecht aufbewahrt werden. Aber das ist stöhnen auf hohem Niveau
