Exterior apartment, recently renovated, with a flirtatious terrace that overlooks the Malagueta beach in the Mediterranean. Luminous and practical. A minute walk from the best beach bars, at 1000 m. from Pier 1, at 1100 m. from the Pompidou Museum, 300 m. from the Bullring and 1500 m. from the Park of Malaga. 10 minutes walk to the historic center and surrounded by magical restaurants and necessary services such as pharmacies, medical centers, supermarket.

Apartment right in between the beach & the old district

Location is unbeatable! Right next to Malageta beach and about 10 minutes walk to the Cathedrale and the old district. It was also clean and the patio was a nice size. A couple of points to improve : the is no AC or fan in the bedroom so it gets extremely hot in the summer. I would really recommend placing a AC unit or at least a fan in the bedroom. Also, the kitchen could have more equipment : there were no coffee machine (only a bodum), no cloths to clean the counter or even dry the dishes, no hand soap in the kitchen or in the bathroom, etc. These are small things that could really help.

A perfect great location for the price

This is a great location for the price, very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, stores, entertainments, nice to be sitting on the balcony every morning having breakfast and be looking at the beach and the Mediterranean Ocean. Very clean and well equipped condo with excellent working Wi-Fi, very safe neighborhood with walking distance to the main points of interest including the downtown area, this is a very highly recommended place.
