“this was fine for a short stay at a budget rate. the location is safe and quiet and the place is clean, but there were no Covid protections in place. The studios have no phone to reception, toiletries and water are not replaced, and staff not particularly attentive. Not a single staff wore a mask except on request.”

“The hotel has good staff that give good advice and about where to eat and security - which is an issue. It is not recommended to walk outside for westerners due to streetboys. The hotel itself is a 3 star hotel, in european standards. A bit run down, but clean. The restaurant on 5th floor, Vincent, is very good.”

“Many small things can be done to make the living quarters better. Eg cockroach prevention, clean sheets, fix the fans. Beautiful location and the staff were lovely but over priced unless you are going as a group and can share the cost. ”

“Being so close to the wildlife centre, I saw more animals sitting on my porch than I did in the reserve itself. The food at the restaurant was delicious and staff were attentive. The owner had the courtesy of introducing himself and seeing if everything was fine. Rooms were spacious and the grounds were clean. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend. ”
