“Ok but tired. Called a beach resort but rooms are a long way from the lake and you can’t see it. Beach not maintained as other local properties do and no amenities eg seats/loungers. ”

The staff are lovely and I would really recommend doing the sunset boat trip with snorkeling and eagle feeding. Overall excellent value, so much so that we thought we were undercharged for all our food and drink!”

“If you're looking for modern conveniences like air conditioning, wifi, great service, and nice rooms, this is Blantyre's best hotel by far. The staff was incredible - it made me realize that Malawi can have a real five star tourism industry if it wants to. Mwai at the front desk is exceptional, as is the manager of the breakfast buffet (short young Malawian woman) and all of the concierge, cleaning, restaurant, and garage staff.
